I spent over $100 on this straw Panama hat and expected it to arrive with the care such a piece deserves. Unfortunately, it came completely mangled. The shipping box itself was rigid, intact, and even labeled “fragile,” so the damage wasn’t from transit. Instead, the hat was carelessly stuffed into the box with all sides dented and curved in unnatural directions.
To make matters worse, the plastic insert placed inside the crown — meant to help the hat keep its shape — was the wrong size and design. Rather than protecting the crown, it actually caused further misshaping. Now I’m left trying to reshape an expensive hat, with very little success.
When customers invest in a premium product, they expect thoughtful handling and proper packaging. Hats of this quality and price point should never arrive crushed and deformed. Do better LuxBrim, do better
